He claimed a few horses in partnership with his father and began training them himself. Notes: He was born on May 12, 1964 and attended the Texas Tech University . He was greatly attracted towards horse racing in his childhood days but did not get opportunit y to become a jockey. When he saw that there was no scope for becoming a jockey, he ultimately jumped headlong into training horses. Took out his trainerâ� �s license at Louisiana Downs in 1993 and snatched the first win on April 1st 1994 at Trinity Meadows. He is yet to start in the breedersâ �� cup or in the Triple Crown races. Some of his important clients include Clerence Scharbauer Jr., Rober Berk, Tom Amoss â�� Euroeas was star of his barn in 2008, with six wins in six starts. |
