International Star has been scratched from today's Kentucky Derby betting at Churchill Downs.

The scratch of the Louisiana Derby (gr. II) winner will leave 18 horses to compete in the Derby, May 2 at Churchill. International Star was listed as No. 12 in the program for today's Derby, race 11.

The Ramseys' multiple grade I winning mare Stephanie's Kitten and Granny's Kitten also have been scratched from stakes races at Churchill today.
