OCEANPORT, N.J. (AP) - Just Chillin Boss set a Monmouth Park record for five furlongs on the turf, winning a $42,000 race in 54.66 seconds Friday.

Trained by Ramon Moya, Just Chillin Boss finished 1 1/2 lengths ahead of Tanzana and paid $3, $2.40 and $2.10. The win was the third this year and fourth overall for the 4-year-old gelding.

Tanzana returned $5.80 and $3.40, and Quite a Dude paid $3.80 to show.

``This is a very good horse,'' winning jockey Elvis Trujillo said. ``It was as easy as it looked. I didn't even have to ask him.''

The old course record of five furlongs, with the portable rail set out 24 feet (Monmouth Course), was established by Lakes Tune, who ran 54.73 in 2007.
