LONDON (AP) - A British jockey's two-year ban from horse racing has been overturned after she was cleared of two corruption charges following an appeal.

Kirsty Milczarek was one of four jockeys to be convicted in December of race-fixing after the British Horseracing Authority's biggest corruption inquiry. Two owners were also found guilty.

An appeal board says the BHA's disciplinary panel's ``finding that Milczarek was a party to the conspiracy cannot stand and her appeal succeeds.''

Milczarek, who said she hasn't sat on a racehorse for four months, will apply to regain her license and attempt to race this weekend.

Milczarek was initially found guilty of ``passing information for reward'' as well as conspiring in ``corrupt or fraudulent practice.''
