Mysticism wins Aqueduct feature
February 24, 2012NEW YORK (AP) - Mysticism, part of the entry favored at 3-5, beat De Price by three lengths on Friday in the $62,720 allowance feature at Aqueduct.
Mike Luzzi was aboard the 4-year-old gelding for trainer Tom Albertrani as they ran the six furlongs in 1:11.67 over the track rated good.
Mysticism earned his third win in eight starts, paying $3.50 and $2.30 while De Price returned $2.70. Overcommunication was third. There was no show wagering.
Opening Move, Mysticism's entrymate, stumbled badly at the start and finished last in the five-horse field.
