Keep Me Informed wins the Belmont feature

NEW YORK (AP) - Keep Me Informed held off Thunder Chief by a neck on Friday in the $53,000 allowance feature at Belmont Park.

A 4-year-old trained by Bill Mott and ridden by Javier Castellano, Keep Me Informed earned his first victory in four starts this year, improving to 2 for 10 overall. The time was 1:50.80 for the 1 1-8 miles on the fast track.

Keep Me Informed paid $5.50, $2.90 and $2.40. Thunder Chief returned $3.70 and $2.40 while Steel Bridge paid $3.10 to show.
