DEL MAR, Calif. (AP) - Tres Borrachos rallied to beat favorite and early leader Kevlar Kid by 11/4 lengths in the $200,000 San Diego Handicap at Del Mar on Saturday, breaking a 13-race losing streak and earning an automatic berth in the $1 million Breeders' Cup Dirt Mile at Churchill Downs in November.

Tres Borrachos, with Rafael Bejarano aboard, covered the 1 1/16 miles in 1:42.71 and paid $18.80, $8.20 and $5. Kevlar Kid earned $4.40 and $3.40, and Spurrier was another head back and returned $3.60.

George Hicker bought Tres Borrachos a month ago. It was the horse's fourth win in 31 starts, the last coming in an optional claimer on May 25, 2009, at Hollywood Park.

Earlier in the $100,000 Fleet Treat Stakes for 3-year-old fillies, overwhelming favorite Sugarinthemorning went straight to the front and never yielded, beating long shot Magic School by 31/4 lengths and covering seven furlongs in 1:22.90.

Sugarinthemorning was ridden by Patrick Valenzuela for trainer Ron McAnally and paid $3.40, $3.20 and $2.10. Magic School paid $9.20 and $3.80. Zenidekka paid $2.40 to show.
