May 20, 2011LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - Odds On took the lead at the 16th pole and pulled away in the final 50 yards to beat Mine Train by three-quarters of a length Friday in the $47,360 feature at Churchill Downs.
The winner, ridden by Manny Cruz aboard, ran 1 1-8 miles in 1:50.27 and paid $7, $4.20 and $3.
Mine Train returned $4.60 and $3.60, and Adulare paid $6.60 to show.
Odds On, a 5-year-old Brazilian-born son of Roi Normand owned by Haras Old Friends, earned $26,400 to increase his career total to $88,604.
