NEW YORK (AP) - Digger beat Sun Dance Moon by two lengths in the $46,000 feature at Aqueduct, giving trainer Bruce Brown three winners at the track Thursday.
A 7-year-old gelding, Digger earned his 14th win in 38 starts. Mike Luzzi was aboard for the six furlongs run in 1:09.60 on the fast track.
The 8-5 favorite, Digger paid $5.20, $3 and $2.30. Sun Dance Moon returned $4 and $3. Ricoriatoa earned $3 to show.
