Unzip Me wins opening night feature at Hollypark

INGLEWOOD, Calif. (AP) - Unzip Me defeated Waveline to win the $100,000 Sen. Ken Maddy Handicap by 11/2 lengths on opening night of the inaugural Oak Tree meet at Hollywood Park on Thursday.

Ridden by Rafael Bejarano, Unzip Me ran six furlongs in 1:08.50. The victory, worth $60,000, increased the 4-year-old filly's career earnings to $484,513 with nine wins in 15 starts.

Bonifacio was another three-quarters of a length back in third.

Bejarano rode two winners on the card, as did Victor Espinoza.
