Bruce's Dream wins Hollywood Park feature
June 26, 2010INGLEWOOD, Calif. (AP) -Bruce's Dream won his first start in nearly nine months, beating Afleet Ruler by a length in the $54,556 feature at Hollywood Park on Friday night.
Ridden by Joe Talamo, Bruce's Dream ran six furlongs on the turf in 1:09.01 and paid $4.20, $2.80 and $2.10. Afleet Ruler returned $3.20 and $2.40, and Sky Victor paid $2.40 to show.
Bruce's Dream has four wins in five starts and career earnings of $152,940.
Joel Rosario rode three winners on the card, while Rafael Bejarano won twice.
