He is a jockey in thoroughbred horse racing. He became the leading rider at Sportsman\'s Park in 1988 and got 85 wins there. He got the 2000th win of his career at Hawthorne on December 12, 2003. His 2500th win came in 2007 at Arlington Park. In 2007 he was also ranked among the top 70 jockeys in North America.
